Great Lakes Realty Advisors (GLRA) is an independent commercial real estate valuation and advisory firm providing real property appraisal and consulting services throughout the state of Wisconsin. GLRA operates on a regional basis, with office locations in Appleton and Brookfield, and is managed by President and Principal Appraiser, Pierce M. Buchinger, a Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser and MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute.
